Buyers

All buyers must be 18 years of of age. Anyone less than the age of 18 must have their parent(s) or legal guardian complete the transaction.

Shipping

Prices for shipping are not included in the price of the animal UNLESS stated.

Buyer assumes complete responsibility when choosing a shipping method during inclement weather.

All reptiles are garunteed to arrive alive and healthy.

Payment

All reptiles will be paid in FULL prior to shipping.

All forms of checks accepted, personal checks will wait to clear.

Credit Cards are accepted.

All Sales are final. Sales being final means once payment has been made in full for the specified animal(s); it is yours.

Guarantee

All animals offered for sale are guaranteed to be 100% healthy and feeding. Live arrival is guaranteed, we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of any problems.

Guarantee is void if the recipient is not present to receive the shipment of reptiles at the time of first delivery attempt or within 2 hours of arrival.

Payment Plans

We offer payment plans at no interest at our discretion, especially on higher-end reptiles.

To hold a reptile, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit. Deposits are non-refundable unless we are no longer able to supply the reptile.

All final balances MUST BE payed after 30 days of initial transaction.
